A gentle workshop for making sense of loss

Moving With Grief

Grief can touch many parts of life: the body, memory, relationships, routines, faith, culture, and the sense of who we are becoming after a loss. Moving With Grief is a gentle workshop for adults carrying grief after the death of someone important. It offers a grounded space to slow down and make room for what you have been carrying.

Together we will explore how grief can show up, practice a simple grounding tool, use private reflection to notice what grief may be asking for right now, and close with a short remembrance ritual. Sharing is optional. You are welcome to participate quietly.

When it May Not be the Right Time

This workshop is not designed for someone in immediate crisis, needing urgent mental health support, or needing intensive trauma processing related to the death. If that is where you are right now, please reach out. I am glad to help you find individual therapy or the right level of support.

A Good Fit for

Adults grieving the death of someone important who want a gentle space for reflection and support, and who can take part in a small group without needing intensive crisis care.

What We'll do Together

We explore how grief can show up across the body, mind, and relationships, practice a simple grounding tool, make time for private reflection, and close with a short remembrance. Sharing is always optional.

A workshop, not therapy

Moving With Grief is a supportive, educational workshop, not a therapy group or crisis service. It may be a helpful first step if you are looking for connection, reflection, and a gentle way to be with grief.

If you are in immediate danger or may harm yourself or someone else, call 911, go to the nearest emergency room, or call or text 988 for immediate support.
